Ingredient:
1/4kg green beans finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1tbsp fresh finely cut cilantro
For tadka
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp jeera
A pinch hing
A pinch turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Put 1 tsp oil in the a pan and add all the ingredients for tadka and wait till the mustard seeds sputter then add cut beans to it. Cover the lid and cook it till soft. Add salt, grated, coconut, cilantro and lemon juice and of the stove. Serve hot with roti's.
