Mango chitranna

Ingredients:
11/2 cup cooked rice(not too soft)
1-grated raw mango
1tbsp grated wet coconut
Salt to taste
For tadka
5-green chilies
7-curry leaves
1tsp mustard seeds
1tbsp raw peanuts
2 pinches hing powder


Method:
Spread the cooked rice on the plate so it cools. Make tadka with the ingredients above and put it on the rice. Add the grated raw mango and salt to it and mix well. Serve it with fresh chopped cilantro and fresh grated coconut.
