Mango chutney

Ingredients:
2 Raw mangoes
11/2 tbsp-Dry copra
1tbsp-Jaggery
2 tbsp-chilli powder
Salt

Tadka for the chutney:
2tbsp-oil
1tsp-Mustard seeds
1tbsp-Methi seeds
2pinches-hing

Grind all the above ingredients without adding water and store it in fridge for 15 days.
